Terms of service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the CERUNE website and to purchases made from CERUNE.

CERUNE is operated by EDGETECH DYNAMICS PTY LTD (ABN 45 682 010 626), trading as CERUNE Collections (“CERUNE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Online Store

Our online store is intended for lawful personal and commercial transactions. You must not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the website.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address, is complete and accurate.

2. Products and Availability

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, options and availability displayed on our website are accurate.

Products may be subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or change the products offered through our website at any time.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, provide an appropriate refund.

3. Product Information and Imagery

Product photographs, renderings and other imagery are provided as visual representations of our products.

The appearance of metals, finishes and colours may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the device used to view the website.

Minor variations in appearance, dimensions, colour, finish and detailing may occur between the product shown and the item supplied, particularly where products are handmade, made to order or individually finished. Such variations do not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product does not correspond with its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Where measurements or weights are described as approximate, reasonable variations may occur.

Please refer to the written specifications for the product and selected variant, including applicable metal, dimensions, length, approximate weight and other product details.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product does not correspond with its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Prices and GST

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Australian CERUNE website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure pricing information is accurate. If we identify a genuine pricing, technical or administrative error before an order is fulfilled, we may contact you to explain the error and discuss the available options, subject to applicable law.

Discounts, promotional offers and promotional codes may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn in accordance with applicable law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an automated order acknowledgement. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious error in the order or pricing, we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity, or we cannot lawfully fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order as required.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You authorise us and our payment service providers to process the payment information submitted in connection with your order.

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method and may add, remove or change payment options from time to time.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at orders@cerune.com.au.

We may be able to accommodate a change or cancellation if your order has not yet entered production or been committed to our manufacturing or supply partner. Once an order has entered production or has been committed to our manufacturing or supply partner, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Where a requested change affects the price of an item, any additional amount must be paid before the change can be confirmed.

This section does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Personalised, Custom and Specially Configured Products

Some CERUNE products may be personalised, engraved, custom-made, made to order or specially configured according to selections or specifications provided by you.

Please carefully review all selections, measurements, sizing, engraving and other specifications before submitting your order.

These products are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund merely because you change your mind or make an incorrect selection.

This does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, does not meet agreed specifications or otherwise fails to satisfy an applicable consumer guarantee.

9. Shipping and Delivery

CERUNE currently delivers within Australia.

Complimentary delivery on orders $100+ Australia-wide. A standard delivery fee of $11 applies to orders under $100.

Some CERUNE pieces are prepared or sourced specifically for your order, so processing times may vary depending on the item and product availability.

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will generally be provided after dispatch.

For security, some orders may require signature on delivery, delivery verification or additional security procedures. High-value orders may be subject to additional delivery requirements.

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate. If you identify an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after fulfilment has commenced.

Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.

10. Returns, Refunds and Change of Mind

CERUNE does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes where you select the wrong size, length, metal, colour or other option, no longer want the product, prefer another product or find the product available elsewhere at a different price.

Our change-of-mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further information.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service, our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy or any other CERUNE policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Depending on the circumstances and the nature of a failure, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the CERUNE website, including our branding, logos, product names, written content, graphics, website design and original imagery, is owned by or licensed to CERUNE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes associated with considering or purchasing our products.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery providers and technology platforms.

Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices imposed by the relevant third party.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute our endorsement of their content, products or services.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, suspend or modify parts of the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational or business purposes.

Nothing in this section excludes any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CERUNE is not liable for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from misuse of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Privacy

Our collection, use and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using our website or providing information to us, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable privacy laws.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices or applicable requirements.

The Terms that apply to a purchase are those applicable to your transaction, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or modified.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Australian consumer protection laws or any rights concerning the appropriate jurisdiction for a consumer dispute.
